01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jlcc Casino website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with jlcc, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlcc's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jlcc.

jlcc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the jlcc Casino platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlcc or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jlcc platform or any affiliated gaming platform operated by jlcc.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jlcc platform, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jlcc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify jlcc immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

jlcc reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jlcc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in certain cases, before deposit limits are increased.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as requested by the jlcc verification team.

jlcc reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with jlcc's Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits & Payments

jlcc accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page within your jlcc account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by jlcc.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jlcc account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• jlcc does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jlcc reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the player's name.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jlcc account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• jlcc reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Any active bonus funds or amounts subject to wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully met.

jlcc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond jlcc's reasonable control.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

jlcc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins or credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status.
• Abuse Prevention: jlcc reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

jlcc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlcc platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in real time. The RNG systems used by jlcc's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Each game on the jlcc platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. jlcc accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• jlcc reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed.
• Players must not use any software, tool, script, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, or exploit-based strategies.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlcc platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the jlcc platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jlcc platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment methods that do not belong to you.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jlcc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under jlcc's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jlcc will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension is the result of the player's own breach of these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

jlcc is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jlcc players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jlcc account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jlcc platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net gaming activity.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlcc platform — including but not limited to the jlcc brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlcc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlcc platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jlcc platform without prior written consent.
• Use the jlcc brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized by jlcc.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the jlcc platform.
• Use any content from the jlcc platform for commercial purposes.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlcc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jlcc platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jlcc's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, where the affected game round has been declared void in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlcc's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14 Privacy

jlcc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlcc platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlcc implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlcc cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jlcc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlcc will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jlcc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jlcc support.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlcc platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlcc operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by jlcc's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jlcc's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. jlcc is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
